Once you have decided to move forward, navigate over to our Appointments page and select a Zoom meeting or a phone meeting from the menu. A meeting calendar will pop up and you can select a day and time. That's it! We will connect and move on to step 3!

We will assess the "fit". I will explain my coaching style and you can ask as many questions as you need.

How often will sessions be held and how long will they be?

What is expected of you as a client and what can you expect from me?
Benefits: What potential benefits can you expect from working with a life coach?
Timeframe: How long might it take to achieve your goals?
Budget: What does coaching cost? Per session? Package costs?
By discussing these topics, you can get a better understanding of the process, my style and approach and whether they are a good fit for your needs.

Onboarding:
There is a small amount of necessary paperwork to formalize the relationship. I will review all onboarding documents in our first meeting so that I can answer any questions that you may have. Remote clients will be emailed these documents prior to the first session. They are self-explanatory and are very easy to get through. Nonetheless, I am here to answer any questions.
Getting To Know Each Other:
The first meeting usually runs a little bit over the scheduled time due to this part. I do not like to cut it short as this part of the process is pinnacle to understanding each other, what your needs are and how to meet them.
The "Plan":
Before the first session has ended, we will have arrived at a preliminary plan and pace for the sessions. You will once again have a chance to weigh in on frequency, goals, cost, etc.

As a client, you will always have opportunities and the resources necessary to answer any questions that come up even if it is not during a scheduled session. You will be given an email address that is directly linked to me and I will see/read your message(s) during normal business hours. I try to reach back out to you within a few hours of receiving your message---at the longest.
